If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Store credit can be used on any future purchase and will be delivered digitally.

  Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for compensation

  Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
