Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery time after processing is 5–10 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders ship at a flat rate of $14.99. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Sweden: Approximately 10–20 business days after processing
- Israel, Singapore and other destinations:Approximately 14–28 business days after processing
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
